Cupping Notes: Dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, rich, full body, and soft acidity

This special blend of Brazilian, Costa Rican and Ethiopian coffees was created in community with the Bonney Lake Food Bank, which has rebranded itself as The Market.  Some say that they are in the food business, as they serve more than a thousand families each week, but they would say they are in the people business.  With their strong belief that dignity is as much a right as access to food, they have transformed their food bank into a country market to create a unique shopping experience. Kabaty Coffee makes donations to The Market.
